An extra support for my hormone balance. It doesn't have an unpleasant taste and is easy to take. It's great that it's vegan.

What type of vitamin C is used here?

Can you also combine this with Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides? I would like a combination of collagen type 1 for skin/hair and type 2 for joints. Or is there another option (another brand?) that combines these two? Another question: how 'bad' is it if you skip a day of taking it? I sometimes forget the powder and I'm not sure if that immediately nullifies the entire effect.
