Unless otherwise recommended, take 2 capsules once daily during or shortly after a meal.

Collagen is always animal-derived, so vegan collagen does not exist. Therefore, plant-based collagen does not exist either. The information about this product is contradictory. I find a lot of misleading information on your site. I would suggest taking a critical look at this.

Good evening, A question: Bonusan UC-11 plus: is the cartilage in the capsules sourced from chicken, beef, or pork trachea?
