Would love to have K1 and not a K2 supplement, and this is one of the few brands that offers it.

Dosages range from 45 to 180 mcg per day. The dosage and duration of use also depend on the purpose for which the vitamin is taken. If desired, you can continue using such a supplement for years on end.
You might start with 180 mcg for the first one to two months and then switch to a maintenance dose of, for example, 45 mcg.

On 29 october 2014 by Customer serviceThe American websites do not mention specific dosages, other than the general daily amount. The Vitamin K-1 100 µg contains more than enough vitamin K. One package lasts for over 3 months, so there is plenty of time to assess the effect.
This product can be safely combined with, for instance, multivitamins.
In addition to vitamin K-1, there is also the (more expensive) vitamin K-2, but for your purpose, K-1 will suffice.
