The dosage of 268 mg is therefore well above the RDA and is generally considered a therapeutic dose. During pregnancy, the use of high doses of vitamin E without medical advice is usually discouraged, as there is insufficient evidence about the safety for the baby. First, consult with your doctor or midwife to see if you may use this supplement.
Hello, I'm contemplating purchasing this product and am also considering Solgar's Super Cod Liver Oil Complex and Collagen Hyaluronic Acid Complex. Do you believe it is safe to use all three simultaneously? I would greatly appreciate it if you could review the ingredients and inform me if there might be any concerns regarding excessive dosing. It is better to supplement the VM-2000 with the Vitamin E 134 mg/200 IU Complex, so that you arrive at a total of about 300 IU.
