I was advised to use extra vitamin E. After comparing some products, I ended up with this one: an excellent balance of price and quality. About the capsules: they are on the larger side, with no aftertaste. I take them along with a fish oil capsule during a meal.
I've been using Vitamin E 200 IU for years and I'm extremely pleased with it!!
I use it for my dogs. They suffer from muscle issues (they're a bit older) and this makes them more mobile again and they no longer experience pain.
No complaints
I haven't been using this product for long. A few months ago, I was informed that I had been diagnosed with "[.....]". At that moment, I started taking Vitamin E from Solgar in combination with 98% lecithin granules from Bloem. Since I began using the Vitamin E from Solgar, I've noticed that other complaints are also evaporating like water in the sun.

On 26 april 2017 by Customer serviceHowever, instead of taking three capsules of the Super Starflower Oil, it is better to stick with one capsule and supplement it with one or two capsules of the Omega-3 Double Strength.
Do not let hot water run over the dehydrated skin.

Without auxiliary substances (either oil or fillers), it is not possible to produce a tablet or capsule with an exact amount of vitamin E. Therefore, all supplements contain some form of auxiliary substance. Oil is the best auxiliary substance in this regard, as vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin.
The least auxiliary substances (thus also no gelatine or glycerine) are found in the Liquid Vitamin E Complex (liquid vitamin E). This also consists solely of vitamin E, dissolved in a small amount of vegetable oil. Each drop provides 11.4 mg of vitamin E. Half a millilitre (measurable with the dropper) provides 101 mg of vitamin E.
On 11 january 2016 by Customer serviceI cannot confirm whether these nutrients will sufficiently help with the issues you mention, but given the properties of evening primrose oil (and particularly the omega-6 fatty acid GLA) and vitamin E, it is not inconceivable that they may have a positive effect. Therefore, it is certainly worth trying.
On 28 july 2015 by Customer serviceIf there is a risk of a caesarean section, then do not take 134 mg of vitamin E about one and a half weeks before the operation (due to the increased risk of bleeding). From this perspective, it is advisable to refrain from taking extra vitamin E starting from around the 8th month, except for the 10 mg provided by the Prenatal Nutrients. Using fish oil alongside this is also not an issue.
