Hello, can I use these tablets for my little daughter of 2.5 years?
On 18 march 2022 by Customer serviceNo, the tablets are suitable from 4 years old due to the risk of choking. For a child of 2.5 years, you can give Solgar drops:
Usage: 3 to 6 drops per day
or the drops from Vitaminstore:
Usage: 1 to 2 drops per day
I would like to know, I am planning to buy a Solgar product and my question is, can this vitamin D3 be combined with a Solgar fish oil T.S.
On 04 january 2019 by Customer servicePurified fish oil does not contain vitamin D3, so fish oil capsules such as the Omega-3 Triple Strength can be easily combined with this vitamin D supplement.
Cod liver oil does contain a small amount of vitamin D, but even such supplements can be safely combined with these 25 mcg capsules. Combining with a multivitamin is usually not a problem either, as most multivitamins provide between 10 and 25 mcg per daily dosage.
The maximum upper limit for vitamin D is 100 mcg (4000 IU) per day, so you will remain well below that with these 25 mcg (1000 IU).
