Supplement specifically for my "numb" toes. This has helped restore some sensation in these toes.

Is this a water-soluble vitamin, and do you simply excrete any excess? Or do you store it in your fat? Then a dosage that high might seem a bit much?
On 09 december 2024 by Customer serviceVitamin B2, also known as riboflavin, is indeed a water-soluble vitamin. This means your body isn't able to store large amounts of this vitamin. Any excess vitamin B2 is indeed removed from your body through urine.
Regarding the dosage, Solgar's vitamin B2 supplements contain a high dosage to ensure you receive enough of this essential nutrient. However, the need for vitamin B2 can vary per individual and depends on factors such as age, gender, diet, and lifestyle.
Can you take vitamin B2 simultaneously with vitamin A and Niacin and D3 from Solgar?

Good day, I was wondering what the effective absorption of one tablet is. I have since learned that for B12 cyanocobalamin 1000 mcg per tablet, it is 11.5 mcg. Does this work the same for all vitamins?

It is difficult to specify the exact absorption per tablet as this depends on how well the conversion occurs in the stomach, as well as the health and absorption in the intestines. Each B vitamin has its own biochemistry, so you cannot compare it directly to vitamin B12.
I have difficulty swallowing pills and capsules, may I open the capsule and mix it with food?
