A must-have in your vitamin set
Very nice
It's a pity that the 250 mg is not available from this brand. Otherwise, it works excellently.
Small pill, easy to take. It has helped me enormously with the reason I use this product.

Is this product synthetic or 100% natural?

Do these capsules have an odour? I had Thiamine tablets from another brand, but they had a very unpleasant smell.

It is advisable not to smell capsules and tablets. Always take a capsule out of the pot without smelling it and immediately replace the lid. Swallow the tablet or capsule quickly.
This applies to all dietary supplements (fish oil, herbs, multivitamins, etc.), but especially to B vitamins like thiamine. These types of nutrients naturally have an unpleasant odour.
I can't find it anywhere, but what is a safe dosage for a 4-year-old child? Thanks in advance.
On 06 january 2019 by Customer serviceThere is no maximum upper limit for thiamine (vitamin B1). What the body does not need is easily excreted.
It also depends somewhat on how long you wish to administer it and for what purpose. If it is for use during travel in the tropics (so approximately two to three weeks), then you can safely administer the contents of an entire capsule, or for example, the contents of half a capsule (approximately 50 mg) each time.
If it is for long-term use (longer than a month), you could adjust the dosage according to body weight. The 100 mg is for an adult weighing around 60 kg. If the child weighs approximately 15 kg, then you could give about 1/4 of a capsule each time.
