I have a question. I used this product for a while. During that time, I experienced very high blood pressure. I adjusted my medication. Since I stopped using this product two months ago, my blood pressure has dropped significantly. Does this product affect blood pressure?

Dear employee, For the past few months, I have been struggling to maintain my weight. Until I turned 42, I always weighed the same (58 kg), but lately, I cannot seem to stay under 60 kg. I have been taking the thermogenic complex for two months and exercising four times a week. I suspect it might be related to hormones. I am retaining more water and have a swollen stomach and breasts. Is there an additional supplement (preferably from Solgar) that could help with this?

If the cause is hormonal, then Solgar's Herbal Female Complex is worth trying.
You could also consider combining the Thermogenic Complex with Hydroxy Citrate at a dosage of 3 capsules per day.
