I have a question. I used this product for a while. During that time, I experienced very high blood pressure. I adjusted my medication. Since I stopped using this product two months ago, my blood pressure has dropped significantly. Does this product affect blood pressure?

Dear colleague, For the past few months, I've been struggling to maintain my weight. Until I was 42, I consistently weighed the same (58 kg), but recently I haven't been able to stay under 60 kg. I've been taking the thermogenic complex for two months and exercising four times a week. I suspect it might be related to hormones. I'm retaining more fluid and have a bloated stomach and breasts. Is there an additional supplement (preferably from Solgar) that can help with this?

If the cause is hormonal, then Solgar's Herbal Female Complex is worth considering.
You might also consider combining the Thermogenic Complex with Hydroxy Citrate, taking a dose of 3 capsules per day.
