I am currently using prostate formula, but is Saw Palmetto Berries a more suitable product for maintaining prostate health and reducing nighttime urination?

Is it possible to start with a smaller dosage by opening the capsule and taking part of the 520mg (300+220)?
On 02 june 2020 by Customer serviceYes, in some cases it is advisable to gradually build up the dosage of Saw Palmetto Berries. The contents can be removed from the capsules and you can spread the intake over 2 days.
How long does it take for the capsule to start working?
On 21 august 2019 by Customer serviceHerbal capsules dissolve within a few minutes of ingestion in the stomach. The active ingredients are then absorbed into the bloodstream within approximately an hour. Therefore, the effects begin around an hour after ingestion, although you may not feel anything from this herb during that time.
As for the results, we cannot specify how many weeks or months it will take for you to see them. Many studies on such herbs have assessed results after three months of use, but that does not guarantee that you will have results after three months, nor does it mean that the beneficial effects cannot occur earlier.
However, it is a good guideline to take a supplement for at least two to three months daily to evaluate its effectiveness. For these Saw Palmetto Berries, that means at least one jar (100 capsules = three months and ten days).
On 17 april 2014 by Customer serviceThe Saw Palmetto Berry Extract (saw palmetto, Serenoa repens) contains a standardised extract with at least 67.5 mg of free fatty acids per capsule. It also contains 300 mg of unprocessed saw palmetto berry powder.
Although the two products cannot be compared directly, as the amount of free fatty acids in the first product is unknown, the Berry Extract is considered the more potent variant.
Both products can be safely combined with brewer's yeast and the Super Hair Nutrition. However, brewer's yeast does not add much value as Super Hair Nutrition already contains a complete B-vitamin complex, and brewer's yeast is primarily used as a source of B-vitamins.
