Ik gebruik het aan de einde van de winter tot begin zomer. Altijd in combinatie met scutellariae. Deze combinatie doet wonderen. Ik heb geen last van de lastige kwalen van het voorjaar.
Excellent product for me Both in terms of energy and immune system I think it has also somewhat improved {***} I have a check-up every year, and it had dropped by 1 point after years 💁♀️
Since I started using this during pollen seasons, I've had much less trouble with my airways. It works really well for me.
I have suffered a lot from hay fever, especially between May and August (grass pollen). Since I started using Quercetin, I have hardly had any symptoms and can go outside all year round without taking any precautions.

I read on a health website that taking this supplement is not really necessary as it is present in various vegetables and fruits. Moreover, it was suggested that taking this supplement could even cause [.....] instead of having a positive effect. The question is, is there a kernel of truth in this or is it completely unfounded? I would appreciate your response.
On 10 may 2019 by Customer service100 grams of red grapes provide approximately 2 mg of quercetin. To reach the equivalent of one 500 mg capsule, you would therefore need to consume 25 kilograms of grapes daily. Raspberries contain a slightly higher percentage of quercetin, around 3.5 mg per 100 grams. Thus, you could opt to eat 15 kilograms of raspberries each day.
In some cases, a higher dose of quercetin is desirable, specifically 1000 mg. To achieve that dose, you would need to consume 50 kilograms of grapes or 30 kilograms of raspberries.
It is clear that this is not practical. Firstly, you would be consuming far too many carbohydrates, and secondly, it would be prohibitively expensive.
Quercetin may interact with chemotherapy. Therefore, it is advised not to use quercetin during such treatment. Those not undergoing chemotherapy can safely take quercetin in doses ranging from 500 to 1500 mg per day, with no known adverse effects. I suspect that the statement you read is based on a misunderstanding.
