Hello, my son is seventeen and he is using vitamin B5 for his spots and it is going well. I have bought Neem supplements for him. Can he take both supplements? Thank you.
Customer serviceAfter just over a week, I can say that things are getting underway quite well. I'm spontaneously starting my period (yes, sometimes one is actually glad about that.....) and I feel a bit emotional at times. I'm pleased that I don't have to resort to the "hard" drugs from conventional medicine and can approach it this way. I expect further improvement and I see a bright future ahead.
Works well for me for the disrupted day and night rhythm due to reduced pituitary function. Be sure to use it in combination with Vitamin B complex.

Hello, Can I combine Solgar's vitamin B5 with Solgar's vitamin B complex? Or would that result in too much of one thing or another?
On 10 april 2022 by Customer serviceIt can be combined, and in total, you would then be consuming 600 mg of B5. Vitamin B5 is a very safe substance, and as such, no safe upper limit has been established. Only at a dose exceeding 2 grams of vitamin B5 per day might symptoms such as diarrhoea or other gastrointestinal complaints occur.
May the capsule be opened? And can the contents be taken with water or yoghurt?

Most multivitamins contain only 800 mcg/2656 IU of Vitamin A, and many multivitamins do not contain any Vitamin A at all, but rather a precursor to Vitamin A, beta-carotene, for which there is no maximum upper limit. Solgar's multivitamins all contain beta-carotene instead of Vitamin A.
