This vitamin with silicic acid really works wonders for my nails. They grow well and are strong thanks to the use of Silica.

Can I combine Silicea from Solgar with Biotin from Solgar, Collagen Hyaluronic from Solgar, and Multi for All from Orthica, or is this too much of a good thing? For completeness: I have migraines and have had cancer in the past. I would love to hear from you.

Is the capsule sour in taste? I suffer from stomach problems and cannot tolerate sourness well. I can't take Vit C tablets as they worsen the condition. So, are they sour?

Can this product also be used for children? If so, from what age? Cheers!

What minerals are precisely in this? And does it contain zinc? I currently shouldn't take extra zinc.

Does the silicic acid in this supplement come from the red algae, or is it sourced elsewhere? Is silicic acid the same as silicon? What minerals and their quantities are naturally present in this supplement? After all, red algae is primarily composed of calcium and other minerals, isn't it?
