It's good but a bit on the pricey side. I've switched to S-Acetyl Glutathione for quicker absorption.
I have been using it for a year already and I can see the differences between past and present

Furthermore, the tripeptide cannot be absorbed intact into the body’s cells. For this reason, L-glutathione supplements are considered an inefficient and expensive way to increase the body’s own glutathione levels. If you were to take the aforementioned high dose of 1000 mg of Maximised L-Glutathione 250 mg, which amounts to 4 capsules, it would cost as much as €4.85 per day.
Supplementing with N-acetylcysteine (NAC) is seen as a much more cost-effective and at least equally effective way to increase the amount of glutathione in the cells. An overview of NAC supplements can be found here:

Common recommended dosages range between 500 and 1200 mg of NAC per day. For example, Solgar offers NAC 600 mg (n-acetyl-cysteine), from which you can take one to two capsules daily.
