Sometimes I find it difficult to swallow supplements. How big are these capsules?

When taken with water, the outer layer of the capsule becomes very smooth, making it generally easy to swallow. If it is still challenging, you may also open the capsule and take the contents with some water.
On 08 june 2018 by Customer serviceIn studies where 1000 mg was administered daily, equivalent to 20 capsules per day, only minimal effects were observed.
Given the limited evidence of effectiveness, we cannot recommend this supplement for that purpose.
