Great supplement addition after workout
Good product, very satisfied, however, in 1.5 years it has increased by 10 euros for a regular customer of yours, which I find quite a lot.
Bought 2 bottles with a discount and delivered complete. Product is very satisfactory
I find this an excellent product; it's great that it is odourless and has no aftertaste (which some other amino acids do have)

From what age can a child take L arginine?

I had heard that the effects of L-arginine only occur from 1.5 grams onwards. However, the manufacturer of this brand indicates that one capsule is 500 MG and that you should not exceed this 500 MG. Strangely enough, you can take larger amounts of L-arginine from other manufacturers. Could I get more clarification on this and is it safe to take more anyway?

Although L-Arginine is generally considered safe in higher doses of 1.5 grams, taking very high dosages can cause side effects such as stomach upset, blood clotting disorders, and changes in blood sugar levels.
Additionally, L-Arginine can interact with certain medications, so if you are taking any medications, always consult a healthcare provider before starting a new supplement.
