Good vitamin, with a pleasant taste for the children
My daughter finds them acceptable. The children's multivitamin she had before, we threw away because it was truly disgusting. So this is an improvement.

My son is 6 and 8. Does this contain vitamin D?
On 23 january 2026 by Customer serviceThe Kangavites Bouncing Berry Children's Multi does contain a tiny amount of vitamin D, specifically 2.5 mcg, and even then in a less easily absorbed form of vitamin D2. Our advice is to supplement this children's multivitamin with a vitamin D supplement in a good form of vitamin D3. You might consider the chewable tablets Dino D from Orthica. These contain 15 mcg of vitamin D3 as well as sugar and sweeteners. If you prefer something purer, I would recommend the Vitamin D3 liquid 10 mcg from Vitaminstore. This liquid vitamin D3 is easy to dose. It contains 10 mcg of vitamin D3 per drop, which you can increase to 2 drops per day during the winter months.
