I am a 71-year-old woman and my question is which vitamin or multivitamin I should use. I don't want to take all sorts of things unnecessarily as it's not good. Senior multivitamins always say for 50 plus. Thank you kindly in advance.

It is important that the multivitamin for older adults contains little to no iron. This is because iron absorption decreases with age, which can lead to iron accumulation in the body.
