I have known Solgar for many years and am still incredibly satisfied with the quality of their products, of which I take several vitamins daily. Now that menopause brings with it a host of unpleasant problems, I have ordered Dong Quai for the first time based on the reviews. I have been taking it for a week now and feel that things are already getting better, the [...] is less and the [...] are also decreasing in number.

I'm considering ordering this. I also take magnesium, vitamins C, B, D, a multivitamin, and omega 3. Can I take this alongside them for the xxx complaints? Kind regards.

My question is how long you can continue taking these. Or is there a break between doses? For example, taking them for 5 weeks and then stopping for a few weeks. Or can you use them daily without interruption?

Angelica is a genus of herbaceous, perennial herbs from the Apiaceae family. This root does not contain peanuts or nuts, and there are no known allergic reactions, but how someone reacts to this herb can, of course, vary.
