My craving for sweets has really decreased significantly due to this chromium. Very pleased with it!
After using it for two weeks, I've noticed that my appetite and cravings have significantly decreased.
Both my mother and I use these chromium tablets and they work well. We noticed the effects as soon as 3 to 4 days. Definitely recommended.
