Solgar is one of my favourite brands, particularly because the capsule is easy to take.
I've been using this product for a few months now and find it a good addition to B-complex vitamins, considering the lower amount of choline in them. The price is very reasonable for the number of capsules.
With this supplement, my problem is completely resolved. I take it in the evening with my meal. I can't and don't want to be without it anymore.

Can choline be used with the blood thinner acenocoumarol? And can choline be combined with a vitamin B-complex?
On 06 march 2025 by Customer serviceCholine can be used in combination with a vitamin B-complex. There is little known about potential interactions with acenocoumarol. To be on the safe side, consult a doctor or pharmacist before using choline.
