Can this also be used by children (9 years) and what is the dosage for children?
On 15 december 2022 by Customer serviceChlorella can be used by children aged 9 years. The recommendation for children (>6 years) is 2 - 3 grams. Start with the minimum dosage of 1 capsule and gradually increase to a maximum of 5 capsules.

What is the difference between Chlorella, Spirulina, and Marine Phytoplankton, and which is better to use?
On 31 march 2019 by Customer serviceOf the three, Chlorella has the highest percentage of chlorophyll (green pigment), followed by Spirulina. Chlorella consists of 2% chlorophyll, Spirulina about 1%, and Marine Phytoplankton approximately 0.25%.
Since most people use these types of algae for their chlorophyll content, Chlorella is preferred.
However, there is nothing wrong with varying your intake, for example, using a pack of Chlorella followed by a pack of Spirulina and then a pack of Marine Phytoplankton. The algae contain many other beneficial components in addition to chlorophyll, and in that respect, each has its own advantages. Therefore, varying is perfectly fine.
But if you wish to use the product as a temporary, high-dose course (for example, 6 or 8 capsules per day), then Chlorella is the preferred option.
