I am very satisfied
I am very happy with this. Since 1995, I have been using these from Solgar to my full satisfaction. Other brands do not give me sufficient results, causing me to still have vitamin deficiencies with accompanying symptoms. For me personally, therefore, indispensable!

However, some people find it preferable to spread the dosage throughout the day, for instance, one tablet with each meal. This might enhance the absorption of the minerals in your body.
Ultimately, the most important thing is to take the supplements in a way that works best for you!
