What is the difference between this and No 7?

No 7 Boswellia is a herbal complex and contains other substances such as turmeric, white willow, ginger, and boswellia, and is supplemented with standardised, non-denatured cartilage. Boswellia Resin Extract is a pure extract of the resin from the Boswellia tree.
Can this extract be used for frontal fibrosing alopecia?
