Glucomannan - Herbal Supplement

Glucomannan or Konjac extract is a soluble fibre extracted from the root of the konjac plant.
The plant naturally grows in Asia and is also used there in food products.
This dark tuber variety provides a feeling of fullness, thereby reducing the sensation of hunger.
Due to these powerful fibres expanding quickly, it also helps to promote bowel movements.

Usage
3 capsules with plenty of water, half an hour before meals.

Drink plenty of water when taking the capsules to prevent them from expanding in the throat.
Not suitable for individuals who have difficulty swallowing.
