I have been using this supplement for some time now to my complete satisfaction. My question is, can I combine this supplement with the Royal Green Immune and Energy, or would that be too much of certain ingredients? I would appreciate your response.

Is it correct that there is no magnesium in this multi?

Is it acceptable to bite the tablet before swallowing it? The size is quite substantial.
On 02 april 2019 by Customer serviceAs far as the efficacy is concerned, that is not an issue. It just won't taste pleasant, and I suspect that the tablet is too hard to bite through.
You could soak the tablet in a small amount of lukewarm water for a few minutes beforehand, so that it naturally disintegrates. Then stir the granules into the water and drink.
Breaking the tablet into pieces is not advisable as it creates sharp edges. Therefore, our advice is either to swallow it whole or to crush it finely or dissolve it in water first.
