Lovely calcium tablets that are also easy to chew. Often, calcium tablets are enormous, hard and difficult to swallow. Plant-based calcium and magnesium from algae. Complete with K2 and D3 as well.
Plant-based calcium supplement, not synthetic. Very pleasant and easy to swallow. The pills are slightly smaller than the regular multivitamin of the same brand.
Free from chemicals, preservatives, synthetic sweeteners or flavourings. Naturally gluten-free.

Hello, could you tell me if this product is vegan? That is, without the use of animal-derived ingredients and no lanolin? Thank you in advance!

However, the Natural Calcium and the Magnesium Citrate with D3 from Essential Organics Puur are vegan.
Vitamin D3 is always derived from lanolin unless stated otherwise (for example, "from lichen").

The panic surrounding it is based on studies where rodents were given absurdly high amounts of magnesium stearate. The effects of these megadoses say nothing about the human body's ability to eliminate minuscule amounts of magnesium stearate. Virtually all manufacturers do not take the panic surrounding magnesium stearate seriously. The only reason some manufacturers produce products without magnesium stearate is to meet demand (as a result of unscientific pamphlets about E-numbers). Most consumers do not have the scientific knowledge to understand that the panic surrounding these types of excipients is unfounded.
We also have product lines without magnesium stearate on our site, and in our private label line, we leave it out of the formulas where possible, but the bad reputation that magnesium stearate has received is not justified. It is a useful excipient that, in the small quantities found in such supplements, can be easily excreted by our bodies. To ingest an amount of magnesium stearate comparable to the aforementioned animal studies, one would need to take between 500 and 2000 tablets per day...

Bone Food also includes 75 mcg of the most bioavailable form of vitamin K (namely K2 or MK-7) and vitamin D3. Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption of calcium, and vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.
If desired, you can safely combine this formula with a magnesium supplement, such as the Magnesium Citrate.
