In my opinion, the Plantina multi is the best one available for purchase. Well balanced and made with good ingredients.
For me, there is no better.
A good multivitamin, but unfortunately I feel nauseous all day from these tablets. So, I am looking for a similar multivitamin without this side effect.
Plantina is based on orthomolecular knowledge. The multi is perfectly balanced with the best ingredients.

Plantina Multi contains only those nutrients that humans cannot produce themselves and that are absolutely necessary (essential) to stay healthy.
Additionally, Plantina Multi contains extra folic acid and a significant dosage of minerals.

I would like to know if I can cut Plantina multivitamin tablets in half? The tablets are too large, and the composition of the junior tablets is not sufficient for me.

On 23 april 2015 by Customer serviceAlthough it is not always the case, hair loss and fatigue can indeed be a result of a lack of iron. Some hair products therefore contain a high dose of iron.
The Plantina multi provides 5 mg of iron. This is usually sufficient, but if there is a deficiency, a higher dose is desired to correct the shortfall. Especially around the menstrual period, dosages of at least 14 mg are recommended. You could therefore combine the Skin Hair Nail with the Mega Multi, which provides 14 mg of iron per tablet/daily dosage. Alternatively, you could combine the Plantina Multi with two tablets of Floradix Iron Tablets (7 mg of well-absorbed iron per tablet, bringing the total to 19 mg of iron when taken with the Plantina Multi).

The Super Multi is designed to be taken twice a day. It is not advisable to use the Super Multi as a one-a-day multi.
When we compare the two, we see that the Plantina contains 5 micrograms of vitamin D per daily dosage, while the Super Multi (per 2 tablets) contains 2.5 micrograms of vitamin D.
The Plantina Multi contains 5 mg of iron, whereas the Super Multi contains 2.8 mg.
The Plantina Multi contains 100 mg of magnesium, while the Super Multi contains 60 mg.
The Plantina Multi contains 10 mg of zinc, compared to the Super Multi's 3 mg of zinc.
In other words, for most vitamins and minerals, the Plantina Multi contains a higher dose per tablet than two tablets of the Super Multi.
The Plantina Multi is much more similar to the Mega Multi, which is also a one-a-day multi. An important difference with the Plantina Multi is that this one contains a higher dose of iron, namely 14 mg, and a higher dose of vitamin D, which is 10 micrograms. For women who tend to have an iron deficiency, the Mega Multi is a better choice than the Plantina Multi, as it contains only 5 mg.

The compound only affects the absorption speed. The taurate form is absorbed very quickly, but the capsules contain a relatively low dose: 50 mg of elemental magnesium. Generally, other magnesium compounds are therefore more practical and also more cost-effective.
For irregular shifts, melatonin is particularly recommended, for example Melatonin 1 mg.
