A good and reliable brand with a well-balanced amount of zinc and selenium.
I once stumbled upon a discounted product - selenium + zinc - from Pharmanord by chance. I was very pleased with it, but the price was steep! So, I tried a cheaper brand of selenium + zinc, but it didn’t have the same effect as Pharmanord, it did nothing at all. I use selenium + zinc from Pharmanord as a multivitamin. It makes me feel fit and healthy. Much later, I read that selenium and zinc also have a positive effect on the immune system, so what more could you want? In short, I think selenium + zinc from Pharmanord is a great supplement. Highly recommended.
If you're looking for a good combination for resistance and support with sufficient selenium and zinc, look no further. Often, we unknowingly have a deficiency in these minerals and vitamins. It's a very small pill that's easy to take. Highly recommended. Please note, not suitable for children.

Absorbability of Selenium
There are significant differences in the bioavailability of various selenium sources. Inorganic selenium, as found in the soil, is less absorbable. Organic selenium, as absorbed by plants, is more available to the body and will therefore be more effective. Bio-Selenium+Zinc contains easily absorbable organic selenium.
Selenium works better when combined with certain vitamins and minerals, particularly vitamins A, B6, C, and E, which are important antioxidant vitamins. Because these substances complement and protect each other, a preparation that works well is created.

Selenium (organic) 100 mcg (200% NRV)
Zinc (zinc gluconate) 15 mg (100% NRV)
Vitamin A 800 mcg (100% NRV)
Vitamin B6 2 mg (167% NRV)
Vitamin C 90 mg (150% NRV)
Vitamin E 15 mg (150% NRV)
Ingredients:
Vitamins, minerals, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids, talc), coating (hypromellose, corn protein), colouring (iron oxide, titanium dioxide).
Contains no sugar, gluten, or fructose.
1 tablet per day, unless otherwise prescribed by a doctor. Preferably take during/after a meal in its entirety.

At the moment, I am taking Bio Selenium + Zinc. I have also been taking Solgar Super Cod Liver Oil Complex for a while. Both contain a high level of vitamin A. Can I use these together, or will I then be consuming too much vitamin A?
On 17 march 2020 by Customer serviceAdult women need a minimum of 680 mcg of vitamin A per day, but the established safe daily limit is 3000 mcg of vitamin A. With both products, you are still well below that limit. Therefore, it is not a problem to combine these two.
