Vitamin C powder. Ideal for those who find it difficult to swallow pills or other forms. It is the deacidified form, so it has no negative effect on your stomach. Also, the calcium/magnesium combination is excellent. I have been using it for years, and it's easy to dose. Just mix it with a bit of fruit juice and it's gone. Just do it!
