I had spots on my scalp and suffered from restless legs syndrome. Initially, I used brewer's yeast, which helped a bit. After starting with Zinc-15, my scalp is now completely healthy (after many years) and I hardly ever feel discomfort in my legs anymore. All in all, I highly recommend it!

Ingredients:
filler (dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium croscarmellose), minerals, anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate, stearic acid, silicon dioxide, talc), glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, glycerine, carnauba wax).
The recommended dosage is 1 tablet per day, unless otherwise advised. Preferably take during or after a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Store in a dry place at room temperature, out of the reach of children. A dietary supplement cannot replace a varied diet and healthy lifestyle.

Can you use this during pregnancy?

Arrhythmias can have many causes, but it is known that they can arise not only from stress but also from certain allergies or specific vitamins or minerals. I would suggest switching to a much milder form of supplementation. For example, by taking completely organic multivitamins from New Chapter, such as the Every Woman to avoid excessively high doses of B vitamins and/or minerals in the blood that could cause the heart to race. Do not take more than 1 per day.
On 05 march 2009 by Customer serviceFor daily zinc intake, I would recommend a maximum of 30 mg. You may exceed this amount for a certain period. The shorter that period is, the higher you can make the dosage.
