Excellent way to supplement your vitamin D
A good supplement in winter due to fewer hours of sunlight
Since I started taking vitamin D, I have been much less ill!
These tablets are easy to swallow as they are small. They are a good addition for my vitamin D levels. They help me maintain them well.

Ingredients
sweetener (xylitol), dextrose, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), cholecalciferol, anti-caking agent (talc, stearic acid, magnesium stearate).
The recommended dosage is 1 tablet per day, unless otherwise advised. Preferably take during or after a meal.
This food supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 10 years old.
Contains natural sugar and sweetener.
Excessive use may have a laxative effect.

I want to start using Ortica D-25 because I am over 60 and want to ensure I have enough Vitamin D. My question: should I be worried about having a (severe) allergic reaction to this?
On 26 october 2020 by Customer serviceIt is unlikely that you will have an allergic reaction to this product. As far as we know, there have never been any reported allergic reactions to vitamin D.
Of course, the excipients in a vitamin D product can cause a hypersensitivity reaction in some individuals. These are very individual reactions. If you are prone to reacting quickly to substances, it would be wise to choose a vitamin D product with as few added ingredients as possible. Generally, liquid vitamin D products contain the fewest excipients. Examples include Liquid vit D-3 from Solgar or Vitamin D Liquid from Vitaminstore.
Since Vitamin D-25 from Orthica is in tablet form, it contains excipients necessary to create a tablet.
Can I take these tablets alongside blood thinners? Regards, Anna

High doses of vitamin K (more than 100 mcg per day) and very high doses of vitamin E (more than 400 IU) may interact with blood thinners.
