Additionally, as you age, your body's need for vitamin D changes. Vitamin D naturally occurs in oily fish, but also in meat, eggs, and mushrooms. D-25 contains 25 mcg of Vitamin D per drop and can be used as a dietary supplement.
D-25 is neutral in taste and can be added to food.

On 07 december 2016 by Customer serviceThe triglycerides in these drops have no therapeutic effect or side effects. They serve merely as a neutral carrier substance, in an insignificant amount.
On 26 may 2016 by Customer serviceSuitable drops for a child aged 3 to 12 months are the Baby Plex drops from Animal Parade. These contain a dosage of 10 micrograms of vitamin D per 1 ml, accompanied by vitamins A, C, E, and the B-complex (so no vitamin K).
Another option is the Viridikid Vitamin D3 drops. These also have a dosage of 10 micrograms, but without any additional vitamins. Or the Vitamin D3 drops from Vitals (5 micrograms per drop).
It is also possible to choose a cod liver oil (with omega-3 fatty acids from fish) with 10 micrograms of vitamin D per daily dosage, such as the Möllers Cod Liver Oil tutti frutti and Lemon Cod Liver Oil.
