More about this product
If you have a darker skin tone, spend little time outdoors, or wear body-covering clothing, your body produces less vitamin D from sunlight. Additionally, as you age, your body's need for vitamin D changes. Vitamin D naturally occurs in oily fish, but also in meat, eggs, and mushrooms. D-25 contains 25 mcg of Vitamin D per drop and can be used as a dietary supplement.
D-25 is neutral in taste and can be added to food.
