The recommended dosage is 1 tablet per day for a short period, unless otherwise advised. Preferably take during or after a meal.
Store in a dry place at room temperature.

What happens if you use vitamin B1 for more than a month? Regarding its effects? And when might you consider using B1 for a shorter period?

However, since vitamin B1 is part of the vitamin B complex, we advise against taking this vitamin in high doses for longer than 2-3 months as a standalone. The vitamin B complex contains 11 vitamin B-like substances that work very closely together. When you take one of these vitamins in high doses for an extended period, it can adversely affect the status of the other B vitamins. If you wish to take vitamin B1 for a longer duration, alternate Orthica B1-100 with a complex that includes all B vitamins. This way, you can ensure that the status of all B vitamins in your body remains balanced.
Examples of B complexes include Balanced B-50&C from Orthica or B 50 Complex from Vitaminstore.
