Filler (microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose), vitamin, mineral, anti-caking agent (stearic acid, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide), glazing agent (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, glycerin)
The recommended dosage is 1 tablet per day, unless otherwise advised. Preferably take on an empty stomach.

On 15 august 2018 by Customer serviceThe Tri Iron 15 has not been developed for children, but if a deficiency has been diagnosed by a doctor, then children may use this product temporarily until the deficiency is resolved.
In children's multivitamins, such as the Every Day Junior, there is usually about 2.8 mg of iron (20% of the Recommended Daily Allowance). This is typically sufficient as a maintenance dosage. Ensure that the children eat a varied diet. The best sources of iron are red meat, chicken, and fish. Iron from plant sources is poorly absorbed.
Both children can use the Orthiflor Junior as a probiotic.
On 08 august 2017 by Customer serviceThe iron tablets prescribed by a doctor contain a much higher dose (and indeed, the form of iron often causes gastrointestinal issues).
As long as you still have an iron deficiency, it is best to use the Gentle Iron (iron) at a dosage of 2 capsules per day. This will provide 40 mg of iron in the gut-friendly, well-absorbed form of iron bisglycinate.
For optimal results, it is best to combine these capsules with a vitamin C tablet, such as the Vitamin C 1000 mg.
