Fructo-oligosaccharides, sucrose, vitamins, gelling agent (pectin), acidity regulator (citric acid, sodium citrate), flavouring with raspberry and blueberry flavour, colouring foodstuff (purple/black carrot and apple concentrate).
The recommended dosage for adults is 2 gummies per day, unless otherwise advised.
