Menopause Protect has ensured that I no longer have hot flashes. I'm really happy with it.
This product unfortunately does not help me with the hot flashes, just like several other harmless pills I have tried. I had high hopes for it, given other reviews. Previously, I had no hot flashes at all thanks to hormone pills from my doctor. I had to stop taking those immediately when I developed thrombosis, and now I am back to square one, experiencing a hot flash every fifteen minutes, whether I am indoors or outdoors, which is not pleasant at all. Products containing St. John's Wort are also prohibited, so there wasn't much left to try. The only thing left for me is to wait until it passes on its own, which is a shame.
I have been using it for 2 weeks now. I notice an improvement, especially regarding mood swings. I am curious to see if this will continue to be effective in the long term.
On the advice of the doctor, I started using a soy product and have been using it for a year now. I am very satisfied. Since I started using it, I have had no hot flashes and, moreover, less joint pain.
I have been using these capsules for a few months now with great success. Initially, I took B6 from Orthica to manage my mood swings, but that produced rather inconsistent results. These capsules are more stable and provide results very quickly; I am very satisfied. Overall, I am very pleased with Orthica's products!

The recommended dosage for adult women is 2 softgels per day, unless otherwise advised.
The maintenance dosage is 1 softgel per day. Preferably take during or after a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
Storage
Store in a dry place at room temperature, out of reach of children.
Do not use during pregnancy (or desire for pregnancy) or breastfeeding.
