I used to always use a different brand. I secretly prefer to have all the same brands. And it turns out to be more effective too. I'm happy. I hope everyone else will be happy with it as well.

Previously, I always took magnesium citrate from other brands. Now that I've switched to Orthica's magnesium bisglycinate, I feel these capsules help me relax more quickly and I fall asleep faster. The capsules are easy to swallow, much better compared to the tablets many brands offer. I take the capsules just before going to bed.
Great product! I took extra during pregnancy and it helped a lot with managing cramps.
