Even though I am sceptical about these kinds of supplements, I must admit that I have noticed a positive difference, even if this could be the placebo (psychological) effect. Ultimately, the goal has been achieved.

The recommended dosage is 1 capsule per day, unless otherwise advised. Preferably take on an empty stomach.
Do not use during pregnancy (or desire to become pregnant) or while breastfeeding.
