GLA & EPA softgels from Orthica contain a balanced combination of borage oil (plant-based) and fish oil.

Two softgels (daily dosage) contain:
Vitamin A (as palmitate) 750 µg (2500 IU)
Borago officinalis oil (borage) (with omega-6 fatty acids) 360 mg
- GLA (gamma-linolenic acid) (22% relative fatty acid percentage) 72 mg
fish oil (with omega-3 fatty acids) 280 mg
- EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) (18% relative fatty acid percentage) 42 mg
- DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) (12% relative fatty acid percentage) 28 mg
Natural tocopherol mix (vitamin E mix) 5 mg
- D-alpha-tocopherol 0.7 mg
- D-beta-tocopherol 0.1 mg
- D-gamma-tocopherol 3 mg
- D-delta-tocopherol 1.2 mg
Contains no gluten, lactose, soy protein, yeast, sucrose, synthetic preservatives, synthetic colours, fragrances, and flavourings.
As maintenance, the recommended dosage is 2 softgels per day, preferably taken during or after a meal. The maximum dosage is 4 softgels per day, unless otherwise advised. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.

However, it would be better to choose a product with a higher percentage of EPA and DHA, such as the Super Natural Fish Oil. For comparison: the GLA & EPA from Orthica provides only 21 mg of EPA per capsule, while the Super Natural Fish Oil delivers 300 mg of EPA per capsule, which is more than 14 times as much. The amount of DHA is also much higher, at 200 mg instead of 14 mg per capsule.
You could combine the Super Natural Fish Oil with the Mega Multi, which provides other important nutrients for the hair, such as the B vitamin complex (including biotin), vitamin C, and zinc.

The reproductive organs are rich in fatty structures and therefore sensitive to oxidation. It is not surprising that this vitamin has proven to be very important for fertility.

Zinc may be more important in this case than fish and borage oil.
(The Prenatal Nutrients were developed in America as a 4-per-day multi. Only in the Netherlands is an advised dosage of 2 tablets per day used. The intended dosage was therefore 15 mg of zinc per day.)
