Orthica's D-10 contains 10 mcg of vitamin D3 per tablet and is primarily used during the months when we do not produce vitamin D from sunlight; from September to March.

Like many others, I have been advised to take D-10. I take it with great satisfaction and my D10 blood levels are back to normal. Small pills, easy to swallow.

On 27 may 2016 by Customer serviceYou can consider your doctor's advice as a minimum dosage. You can comfortably take more. Most supplements nowadays contain 25 micrograms of vitamin D per capsule, so you might consider switching to those in the future.
The safe upper limit for vitamin D is 125 micrograms per day, so you will be well below that.
