Helps to maintain strong bones and flexible muscles
excellent support this combination of magnesium/calcium and a bit of zinc
Happy with the good functioning (collaboration) of the Cal Mag and Zinc. The calcium tablets I took earlier were not absorbed as well, now the Magnesium and Zinc help with the absorption.
Mineral absorbability
Orthica only provides the best absorbable mineral complexes, often in combination with other nutrients for good synergy. The indicated amounts refer to the elemental mineral. There are many factors that determine the body's bioavailability of minerals.

Ingredients
Per daily dosage (3 tablets):
Calcium (carbonate) 990 mg
Magnesium (oxide) 390mg
Zinc (gluconate) 15 mg
Full composition: minerals, filler (microcrystalline cellulose, sodium carboxymethylcellulose), glazing agent (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, glycerine, carnauba wax), anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate), colouring (titanium dioxide).
The recommended dosage is 3 tablets per day, unless otherwise advised. The maintenance dosage is 1 tablet per day. Preferably take during or after a meal.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.

There is much debate about the safety of titanium dioxide. Although some studies have suggested that it may pose potential health risks, it is important to note that these studies often use very high doses, much higher than you would normally consume through dietary supplements.
In the case of the 'Orthica - Cal-Mag-Zinc' supplement, titanium dioxide is used in small amounts as part of the tablet coating. It is safe for use in the quantities found in this product.
