Not super filling but no hunger until the morning. I'm always in a rush in the morning and this is ideal! 270 ml of water and then add the scoops (I use 3 large or 4 small) and give it a shake. Just make sure the lid is dry, otherwise the powder sticks. Drink it straight away otherwise the texture changes. Lovely flavours! Just a bit pricey unfortunately.
Finally, a meal shake that actually tastes good. Convenient to use, especially with the different portion size options. I am very pleased with it.
What an incredibly disgusting shake. The taste is grainy with a hint of berry in the background. The smell is unpleasant. I put it in a shaker with water, and after shaking for a long time, a large portion still stuck to the sides. The texture is slimy, like thin snot. It does fill you up well, and you get some wonderful ingredients in. But I struggled to keep it down. What a shame. I had really hoped this would be a good snack for me.
Little taste and also not filling enough as a meal shake
Good base for my morning shake. The taste takes some getting used to at first, but it gives a good structure to my shakes. Tip: freeze fruit (generous amount), milk, and Hero in a blender and you have delicious ice.
