Works well for losing weight with a sugar-free diet.

I was worried about a chemical taste. However, the blueberry variant tastes genuinely very good (perhaps a tad too sweet, but otherwise absolutely fine). Ultimately, you need to be in a negative energy balance to lose weight. It doesn't happen on its own! But with only 232 kcal per shake, Orangefit Diet can certainly help with this.
Good meal replacement, very nourishing.
For a diet shake, it has a very good taste and relatively healthy ingredients. So far, I haven't lost a single gram, but I've only been at it for 2.5 weeks. I'll keep going with it for a bit longer.
All plant-based ingredients in Diet are carefully selected for you. In addition to our trusted pea proteins, Diet also contains oat flour, quinoa flour, flaxseed, green tea, and all the vitamins and minerals you need.

Can I prepare Orangefit with warm (boiled) water?

The description states 100 calories per scoop. Under ingredients/nutritional values, it states 100 kcal per scoop. 100 kcal = 100,000 calories... isn't that just incorrect information?

Technically, 1 kilocalorie equals 1,000 calories, but in the world of nutrition, the term 'calorie' is often used when 'kilocalorie' is meant. So, when we talk about calories in a nutritional context, we actually mean kilocalories.
So when we say that a scoop of the Orangefit Diet complete meal contains 100 calories, we actually mean 100 kilocalories. It's not an error, but a common way of speaking in the nutrition world.

It contains inulin. Should you experience wind/flatulence, bloating, or diarrhoea, it is advisable to reduce the dosage.
How do you assess the added vitamins? For instance, the B12 is from a synthetic source, whereas there are more easily absorbed types of B12 available. What about the other added vitamins? Are they all synthetic? I'm currently using VM-2000 from Solgar alongside this Diet. Can I continue using it?

Incidentally, the VM2000 also contains the synthetic form of, among others, B12 and, for example, vitamin D, namely vitamin D2 instead of D3. However, the Diet Complete Meal does contain vitamin D3. Furthermore, the shake also includes B6 and folic acid, which still need to be converted into the active forms of these vitamins in the body. The Diet Complete Meal and the VM2000 can be used perfectly well alongside each other.

Unlike the Meal Diet, the Hero also contains spirulina and chlorella, two "greens" that are particularly rich in chlorophyll. Chlorophyll has, among other things, a cleansing effect (detoxification of heavy metals and other toxins).
Therefore, the Hero provides a greater amount of macro-nutrients per serving and also contains a number of healthy extras. Due to the higher protein content, this variant is particularly recommended to support sports.
