Linucaps is a dietary supplement of high-quality and pure flaxseed oil capsules with polyunsaturated omega 3 and 6 fatty acids. Flaxseed oil is particularly rich in the short-chain omega 3 fatty acid alpha-linolenic acid (ALA).

Usage
Daily amount: Take 1 Improvum® tablet with 1 Linucaps® capsule twice a day during or immediately after meals. One package of Fertility Man is sufficient for 30 days.
Usage duration: As long as one is trying to achieve pregnancy.
The care for male fertility builds up gradually over several months.
