Herbal preparation

Composition per daily dosage of 100 drops
100 mg Valerian root extract (valeriana officinalis) from Peru

Ingredients
Extract of valerian, mineral water and ethanol.
Alcohol content: 20 vol. %

Usage:
Take 10 - 20 drops 2 to 3 times daily and 20 drops before going to bed, in half a glass of water; let it stand for 1 minute and drink; preferably on an empty stomach. Max 100 drops per day.
