At the end of February, I placed an order, but delivery company X failed to deliver it. ('Sorry, delivery time has been updated. We won't be able to deliver your package today.') After nearly two weeks, I decided to contact Vitaminstore. We agreed to wait a few more days, and if it still hadn't arrived, they would resend my order. It did arrive! Very pleased & thanks again!

When using Zinc picolinate for an extended period, should I also take extra copper? I've come across various reports about this. Alongside this zinc picolinate, I take extra Vit D (75 mcg), Vit C1000, Quercetin with brom (now), and Super Magnesium, and in months with R.. NAC (Vitakruid). All of this is to boost immunity due to a chronic respiratory condition (RLD).
On 15 september 2021 by Customer serviceIf you are using a high dosage of zinc for an extended period, it might be beneficial to take extra copper. However, using a high dosage of zinc (> 25mg) is only recommended to correct a deficiency, after which it's wise to switch to a regular dosage of between 15-25mg per day. With a regular dosage, taking extra copper is not necessarily required.
