Magnesium L-threonate, Rice Flour, Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), Anti-caking Agents (Fatty Acid, Silicon Dioxide).
3 vegicaps per day, preferably 1 vegicap in the morning and 2 vegicaps 2 hours before bedtime, unless otherwise prescribed by a doctor or therapist.
Store in a cool place (but not in the fridge), dry, and out of reach of young children.
Natural variations in colour and scent of this product are possible.
