In this product, all three properties of the organic magnesium compounds are represented. No need to ponder which magnesium to take now, just simply opt for this 3-in-1.
Although the pills themselves are on the larger side, they are easy to swallow. And these are the only ones that don't give me any gastrointestinal issues, so I'm a fan!

This magnesium contains 3 types. The packaging does not specify how much of each type is included. Could you find this out?
On 02 june 2022 by Customer serviceAccording to the supplier, the magnesium triosoft gels contain 98 mg of magnesium citrate, and 17 and 18 mg of magnesium bisglycinate and magnesium malate respectively.
I can't swallow the capsule. May I open it and take it that way? Perhaps with some water?
On 03 april 2025 by Customer serviceYes, you may open the capsule and take the contents with some water, or mix it with something like yoghurt or a smoothie. Do keep in mind that the taste may be a bit bitter.
The website states 1-2 per day, but the label says 1 per day. Since this is 33% of the RDA, I would prefer to take 2, but according to the label, that's not allowed. But it is possible, I understand?
