I am extremely pleased with it!
Good product, taste is okay, but you need to let it dissolve for a while before the water is clear and free of lumps. You get better at it over time, and for me, it's more convenient than dealing with a large tablet. Plus, I end up drinking a large glass of water as well.
I use Magnesium in the evening. Works perfectly.
If I'm not mistaken, this is the second most absorbable form of magnesium. It was recommended to me by my physiotherapist. I've noticed that I have more energy and after exercising, I have less [.....].
Easy to take, good quality. I sleep better and feel more rested.

Can the powder be taken in a halved dose at a time, also twice daily? My doctor has advised me to take magnesium both in the morning and in the evening. Is it also permissible to mix it with hot drinks, such as tea?

On the advice of my doctor, I need to take 400 mg of magnesium per day. Can I take a whole teaspoon? It states a maximum of half? Is this a level teaspoon or a heaped one? (How many mg is that?)
On 14 january 2020 by Customer service1.5 teaspoons is a recommended dosage, and you may take more. For 400 mg, you can use a whole teaspoon. Unfortunately, it is difficult to determine how full your spoon should be, as the size of a teaspoon can vary. If you want to know the exact amount, it is best to use a scale, as advised by the manufacturer.
How many grams is half a teaspoon if I want to weigh it? Thank you in advance.

From this perspective, it is also perfectly fine to weigh out three grams of powder, resulting in a magnesium content of 434 mg.
As you can deduce from these calculations, the mineral compound magnesium citrate is primarily composed of the carrier citric acid.
